Located in Downtown Hartford, the Health Disparities Institute (HDI) is situated directly in the community it serves.

At HDI, we advance systemic change by tackling the root cause of health equities and implementing sustainable solutions across Connecticut.

We do this through:

• Data- and community-driven policy advocacy initiatives
• Training and workforce development programs
